Nils Foss – Chairman of the Board

Nils Foss founded Foss Analytical in 1956, the world’s leading provider of analytical instruments for the food, agricultural, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Nils has actively contributed to the development of Denmark as an industry nation and is highly respected for his impressive results throughout his long career. Furthermore, Nils is known for his visionary mind, groundbreaking management style and great personality.

Michael Fiorini – Board member

Michael Fiorini works as an investor, advisor and non-executive chairman and director of various companies. He majored in economics at the University of Copenhagen and served as CFO at A. P. Moller-Mærsk until 1992 and CEO of The East Asiatic Company until 1998. From 2001-2007 he was chairman of the Danish government’s venture capital fund, Vaekstfonden. He is currently chairman of EasyPark AS, Egalet A/S and Investering & Tryghed A/S, and vice chairman of the Lauritzen Foundation, which controls the shipping groups J. Lauritzen and DFDS.

Lars Blakset – Founding Partner and Board member

Lars Blakset holds a Masters Degree in Economics & Business Administration and is co-founder of the world’s largest bridge center, Blakset’s Bridgecenter in Søborg. The club has more than 2,000 active players who play on a weekly basis. Lars previously co-founded and worked at MatchMaker recruitment. He writes about bridge in Berlingske Tidende (Denmark’s largest newspaper) and was a member of the international association of bridge journalists. Lars is an international, world class bridge player with a widespread network in the bridge community and he has published several books on bridge. In addition to his board position, Lars is involved with Bridge4People on a daily basis as New Level Development Manager.

Henrik Stenbjerre – Board member

Henrik Stenbjerre is a lawyer specializing in corporate law. He holds a law degree from University of Copenhagen (1965) and a PMD from Harvard Business School (1977). Henrik is a former partner at Kromann Reumert, a leading Danish law firm with strong international ties. He has held positions in the Danish Foreign Service and within the A.P.Møller-Mærsk Group as a vice-president and head of management secretariat. Henrik serves on several Danish boards of directors in the financial and industrial sectors.

Martin von Haller Groenbaek – Board member

Martin von Haller Groenbaek is a Copenhagen-based partner at Bender von Haller Dragsted, a leading Scandinavian IT-law firm. He specializes in social media and web 2.0 and sits on several boards of start-ups and small and medium sized IT firms.
