Meet our board of directors:

Lars Lundbye – Chairman of the Board

Lars Lundbye is a serial entrepreneur with ventures in the experience industry and management consulting industry. He holds an executive MBA and a MA in literature and languages.
Lars has 20 years of experience with building companies and organizations. He also invests in small startups and helps major companies create spin offs and build innovation capabilities. The last years he has expanded his reach to also encompass the cleantech industry.
He sits on several boards, and is part of the CBS SIMI executive faculty.

Michael Thomsen – Founding Partner and Board Member

Michael Thomsen holds a Master degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Århus University. He has been working as a programmer and and systems consultant from 1978 until 1991 when he joined the LEGO Group. At LEGO he worked in various technology related product development functions. First as a producer, later on for 3 years as manager for LEGO Futura Boston Branch and liaison to the MIT Media Lab. From 1996-1999 as Director, Software R&D in SPU Darwin and LEGO Media. He left LEGO Group in 1999 to join the Interactive Institute in Sweden where he held a position as  Research Director,  cordinating 140 highly creative and different researchers, exploring the future of digital media. In the fall of 2005 he became a partner of Zentropa Workz. Since January 2007 he has been functioning as Managing Director first in Zentropa Workz and at present as Chief of Innovation in Workz a/s

Lars Blakset – Founding Partner and Board member

Lars Blakset holds a Masters Degree in Economics & Business Administration and is co-founder of the world’s largest bridge center, Blakset’s Bridgecenter in Søborg. The club has more than 2,000 active players who play on a weekly basis. Lars previously co-founded and worked at MatchMaker recruitment. He writes about bridge in Berlingske Tidende (Denmark’s largest newspaper) and was a member of the international association of bridge journalists. Lars is an international, world class bridge player with a widespread network in the bridge community and he has published several books on bridge. In addition to his board position, Lars is involved with Bridge4People on a daily basis as New Level Development Manager.

Peter Just – Founding Partner and Board Member

Peter Just founded the company in 2006 and is the inventor of the technologies and products that makes the foundation in Bridge4Peoples business. Peter Just incarnates audacious entrepreneurship and creative thinking amalgamated with passionate exploration of new technologies and innovative business solutions. Before Bridge4People Peter Just has had a remarkable career combining PR and innovative conceptual ideation, primarily in the context of politics and modern culture. Hence, his references include the EU, furthermore a member of a EU think tank, leading Danish politicians (MP), Film Festivals, TV, opera, music and theatre productions. Peter Just has also been affiliated with the National Film School, the National School of Theatre and Denmark’s School of Design as visiting lecturer. Peter Just is a drop-out from the university of Roskilde where he studied Economics and Public Relations. He has taken additional courses at MIT/Sloan (Strategy and innovation) and Stanford (Leadership for strategic execution)
